Project Summary

ABB KNX system has been installed in the original LABB office for lighting and shading control. Client wanted to enrich the new office with smart living elements by adapting the ABB KNX system currently using. Therefore, we adopted Crestron system to control lighting and curtain in new office.

In Addition, we installed the Octopus attendance system based on client’ requirement.

Meanwhile, we helped LAAB to enhance operational effectiveness by adding Ring doorbell, upgrading PABX system as well as improving WiFi networking.

Solution Highlights

All-In-One Automation System

– The client can adjust the office luminosity by turning on/off the lighting and rolling up/down the curtains through smartphone or tablet. Meeting mode and some customized modes are set up for different purposes, for example, pre-set to roll down the curtains at 7am to prevent the computers’ exposure to sunlight.
