Akuvox Smart Access

One cloud system for door access and video intercom. LINKO supplies and commissions the door phones, access terminals, indoor monitors, and SmartPlus account in Hong Kong. Management stays in the cloud. Each door still needs a network, PoE or local power, and lock wiring.

How it works

Staff

Face, fingerprint, Bluetooth, NFC, RFID, PIN, QR, or SmartPlus, on the methods that model supports. Enabled models can use an Apple Wallet pass or Siri.

Visitors

A temporary key in SmartPlus or the portal sets the door, the time window, and the number of uses. Visitors receive a QR code. Couriers can receive a PIN.

Answer

The SIP door phone calls an indoor monitor or SmartPlus. The person who answers sees the visitor and can release the door.

Manage

Attendance, alarms, and a muster report stay in the portal. Emergency unlock is confirmed with the fire interface and the security design before it is switched on.

Interfaces

Where they are in scope, the system can meet CCTV, fire, lift destination control, UHF vehicle tags, and a third-party licence-plate camera. Akuvox uses DESFire between card and reader, OSDP Secure Channel between reader and controller, and TLS on the cloud path.
