The Milesight WS301 is a compact LoRaWAN® magnetic contact switch designed to monitor open/close events on doors, windows, cabinets, and other movable assets. Built for smart buildings and commercial IoT deployments, WS301 helps facility and security teams gain real-time visibility into entry points—without the complexity of wiring.

- Reliable door/window status detection: a two-piece sensor + magnet design detects open/close changes with a 10–15 mm sensing distance, enabling dependable monitoring across a wide range of materials.
- Tamper protection and clear local indication: built-in tamper detection can alert when the device is dismounted, while the status/alarm LED supports faster on-site verification during installation and maintenance.
- Long-range, low-power LoRaWAN® connectivity: compatible with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers, and capable of long-distance transmission (up to 15 km line of sight in ideal conditions).
